Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Daily Graphicz LLC. We take pride in the quality of our handmade graphic products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for returns:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Items that have been used, washed, or altered
• Sale or clearance items

• How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at dailygraphicz26@gmail.com  within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for the return.

  Return Shipping Return shipping costs are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

  Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
